DescriptionExchange part: We require your failed item to be sent to us before we can dispatch the replacement.This is a fully overhauled Genuine Suzuki GT750 (DENSO) stator, refurbished in our workshops. Each stator is stripped back to bare metal under controlled conditions, inspected, and then re-insulated. New windings, precisely matching the original layout, are applied. After thorough inspection, the windings are consolidated in resin for vibration resistance.There are two types of stator: one with leads connected directly to the winding tails, and another where the tails are soldered to a connector block mounted on the cast alloy alternator cover. If the cover is included with the failed stator, we will ensure the leads are returned in the correct format at no extra cost.
