DescriptionBare Bones Lighting Loom Kit – Yamaha TT500Hand-built to order – please allow build time.A minimal wiring loom made in the UK to deliver simple, direct lighting for the TT500. Built for riders who want no-frills lighting with reliable 12V power.This kit provides regulated output for a 45-watt headlamp, tail light, optional brake light, and horn. All outputs are fully regulated to prevent bulb blowouts.Includes loom, switchgear and a charge condenser. Note: Check the generator options needed to power this wiring set.Ignition: No Changes! Retain your points ignition OR if you have our electronic ignition, this can be retained also.Generator Options:Option 1:  RMK2-12V electronic ignition stator – plug and play connection to the stator.Option 2: stock TT500 stator – you MUST replace the standard lighting coil with part LC-1 and voltage regulator. We supply these parts as separate kit, see below.Option 3: Got our electronic ignition without lighting? No problem! Add the same generator parts as supplied in option 2, keep the same stator.You’ll need to choose suitable light housings that accept traditional filament bulbs. Fitting lights to a motorcycle that was never equipped with them may also require some technical ingenuity.
