Description 3D Print advanced filaments like PEI, PSU & PEEK without any warping or shrinkage issues regardless of complexity. With a 200C heated chamber & a built in annealing system, high performance end use parts are ready out of the box. PEEK 250 is the world’s first desktop industrial 3d printer. Its compact footprint makes it easy to implement in any environment without complex installation requirements. It is great not only for prototyping, but for small batch production runs of high value components. Some example use cases : High temperature components for industrial electronics that handle over 300C can be printed using PEEK & PEKK. Engine manifolds can be 3d printed using PEI 1010, which handles 200 deg C operating temp & mounted directly on the engine. Aerospace parts can be 3d printed using PEI 9085 to aid substantial weight reduction on aircraft & drones, with a weight to strength ratio that is greater than aluminum, & all the necessary flame retardant properties. Injection moulding tooling can be directly printed & used for an average of 200 cycles, to create small batch production runs. Hip, Knee & Jaw replacements for transplants can be 3d printed using PEEK for cases where further invasive procedures could be needed, making it easier to work with over titanium. Medical tools can be 3d printed using PPSF / PPSU & can survive commercial autoclave sterlisation exceeding 230 deg C & be exposed to bodily fluids as it is rated for use in biodiverse aqueus conditions.
