The brightly colored strap is adjustable from 1.5 to 3 meters without any loose cord ends. Our TieStrap is perfect for storm anchoring almost any awning on the market. It can also be used for awnings or sun sails. The Peggy TieStrap is also essential when you want to secure side panels to your awning while using our Fix&Go AntiFlap. The Peggy TieStrap slides into the awning rails with the T-connector and is then anchored to the ground with a Peggy Peg or the U-shaped steel hook of the Anchor Plate 1.0 or 2.0. The built-in relief springs absorb much of the wind’s energy. This spring system is being used for the first time on the European camping market and allows the strap to be flexible in the wind, even if there’s too much pressure. The TieStrap should be tensioned away from the vehicle. This has the advantage over a conventional Storm Strap in that it distributes the wind’s force across the entire length of the sturdy aluminum front bar. Smart solution: all our Peggy Peg sizes fit the spring ring. This results in continuous tension: even if the strap is not tensioned correctly, no part can come loose. Practical tip: Once the Peggy peg is firmly screwed into the ground, simply secure the spring using the peg hook – done!
